• Go through your jewelry as well as your other accessories and organize them so you can see everything. That way you will maximize your preparation time in the morning by being able to see your different pieces.
• Spice it up and go glam! Do not be afraid to be the real you or to experiment to find out who your really are. Change and challenge are power when it comes to creating a great flow with your wardrobe.

While I was flipping through the pages of +Essence I came across so many different ideas for this season and I am constantly looking around me to challenge what I think is fashionable. The most important thing that you can do for yourself is challenge your sense of style. Even with something as simple as accessories you can express yourself by rejuvenating you sense of beauty. Remember where the mind goes the man follows so keeping your mind focused on how fabulous you are will both increase your confidence and your productivity at work.

Whether you buy +CHANEL earrings or go to +Body Central to hit up their incredible deals on colorful accessories remember to buy smart. The key to creating a full flow of accessories as well as new pieces for outfits is thinking ahead. When you look at celebrities like +Lea Michele think about the simple beauty she exemplifies but she is never afraid to take a risk. You have to really work on working just as hard to take a fashionable risk as you do to play it safe.

Kerry Washington and Kelly Osbourne are two celebs that I watch for cues and clues with accessory pop. Kerry always has an edgy yet safe approach to effortless beauty while Kelly is a straight up risk taker with a natural flare for fun. Both of those approaches to style fit who I am. You have to figure out who you want to watch so that you can find out what or who will keep challenging you try new colors, textures and styles.
